PM Modi’s blunt warning to terrorists
Giving his first public reaction after the Pahalgam attack, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday said in a stern tone that India will not rest until justice is delivered. Addressing a public meeting in Madhubani, Bihar, he said, “India will pursue the sponsors of terror to the last corner of the earth.” This makes the government’s zero tolerance policy on terrorism clear.
India informed Pakistan about suspending the Indus Water Treaty
In a major diplomatic move, India on Thursday informed Pakistan that it has decided to suspend the Indus Water Treaty with immediate effect.
